About the Role

As part of Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll lead major client accounts or a portfolio of projects in Cost Management for data center programs, delivering impact beyond traditional project management. You’ll help drive profitability, client satisfaction, and growth by applying capital planning, procurement, and risk management to complex infrastructure programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead primary client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall firm growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal development and management.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering.
• Oversee financial performance—including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting—to ensure profitability.
• Lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• Lead internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.
• Champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.
• Represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Data Center experience preferable.
• Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent certifications (preferred).
• Data Center experience (optional).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 per year.
• Compensation at Accenture varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
