You will act as Project Principal on key commissions, lead acoustic strategies for theatres, performance venues, cultural buildings, and complex projects, translate creative ambition into technical clarity, oversee delivery from concept to completion, and maintain client relationships. You will grow and mentor the acoustics team, line manage consultants, support development through feedback, coaching, and opportunity, and shape a collaborative culture.
