Job title: Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) Immunology
About the Role The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) for Immunology drives payer access and reimbursement strategies for the assigned region to maximize patient access and portfolio value. You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to shape evidence and messaging for payers and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional access and reimbursement strategies for the Immunology portfolio in Western Texas & New Mexico.
- Engage payers, providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders to build robust value propositions, economic models, and pricing recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to support market access activities, launches, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor payer landscapes, policy changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and communications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies while advancing patient access initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred; 7+ years in market access, health economics, reimbursement, or related field
- Strong understanding of U.S. payer environment, reimbursement pathways, pricing strategy, and HTA concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to partner across functions and with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region
Nice to Have
- Experience in Immunology or biologics and prior ADAR exposure
- Health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) modeling skills
