This role is accountable for delivering value to global stakeholders—covering access services for every Biogen application. You will manage the performance of an integrated team and serve as the business process owner for access management policy, standards, and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Establish stakeholder credibility through thoughtful planning and identify processes or manual transactions to improve, emphasizing standards and automation.
  • Plan and execute initiatives, build project plans, enhancements, and operational plans that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Own and drive projects, enhancements, and be the accountable owner for addressing gaps in service delivery.
  • Lead the planning and execution of automation efforts to improve access management efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage the performance of an integrated team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.

  • Administration (Lifecycle Management): provisioning, role changes, deprovisioning
  • Auditing & Reporting (Accountability): audit trails and activity tracking
  • Define and measure success using metrics; collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities; develop realistic plans for people, process, and technology changes.
  • Align plans with business/customer needs and user experience; prepare the organization for successful execution and adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • Subject matter expert in Access Management and proven experience delivering service-led outcomes at scale.
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage an integrated team across multiple stakeholders and applications.
  • Deep knowledge of authorization models (RBAC, ABAC) and lifecycle management, including provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning.
  • Experience with auditing and reporting to ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.
  • Track record of driving automation initiatives, particularly in onboarding, lifecycle management, and deprovisioning of privileged accounts, in collaboration with Identity.
  • Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical plans, and deliver measurable value.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams and multiple application owners.
