The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in the Edina area to identify an Associate Dentist for a growth-oriented opportunity.
This role is ideal for a dentist who values quality dentistry, strong mentorship, and a collaborative team environment— with the ability to grow into a long-term position within the practice.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to implant cases

Collaborate closely with a tenured clinical support team

Partner with the senior doctor on mentorship and patient care

Contribute to practice growth as hours and patient demand expand

What We Are Looking For

DDS or DMD
-
Eligible for Minnesota licensure
-
2–5 years of experience preferred

Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment

Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants

Easygoing, personable, and team-oriented
