About the Role The Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Admissions (ADSAA) is a senior leader within the Boonshoft School of Medicine (BSOM). They provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions (OSAA), guiding medical student admissions, student wellbeing, engagement, and the student experience across undergraduate medical education. The ADSAA ensures a student-centered environment and leads holistic admissions and enrollment efforts while partnering with academic leadership to support progression and success throughout medical education.
