Skills and Competencies
- Developing analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in operational controls, business processes, and business analysis
- Ability to execute assigned work, follow established standards, and deliver accurate outputs within agreed timelines with appropriate guidance
- Working knowledge of structured data analysis using SQL and/or Python; familiarity with R or statistical analysis concepts is helpful
- Practical experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus strong Excel skills; exposure to Jira, Access, or similar workflow/data tools is a plus
- Ability to support data extraction, preparation, transformation, and validation activities across multiple data sources; exposure to Alteryx, data pipelines, or workflow automation is advantageous
