A Snapshot of Your Day Serve as the primary customer interface for cybersecurity matters, leveraging cybersecurity expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to address customer requirements, coordinate solutions, and ensure compliance with contractual and operational expectations. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to provide security guidance, maintain transparency on security performance, and drive the timely resolution of cybersecurity concerns

How You’ll Make an Impact Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, translating customer security requirements into practical solutions and providing guidance on compliance and best practices. Ensure cybersecurity services are delivered in line with SLAs, contractual commitments, and customer expectations through effective stakeholder coordination. Manage customer security inquiries, track actions, and drive timely resolution of security-related concerns. Enhance cybersecurity service offerings by leveraging customer feedback and collaborating with sales, product, service, and security teams Provide regular reporting on security status, service performance, risks, and key actions to ensure transparency and governance.

What You Bring Customer-focused cybersecurity professional with expertise in OT, SCADA, and industrial environments. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP. Skilled at communicating complex security concepts and managing stakeholder relationships. Experience with industrial control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, servers, and OT infrastructure. Wind energy or industrial cybersecurity experience and certification exposure are advantageous. Proactive team player with strong ownership, collaboration, and English communication skills. Willingness to travel occasionally

Education & Experience 5 - 8 years of industry experience You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or a comparable discipline. This qualification should be combined with relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, industrial control systems, wind power, electrical equipment, or a related technical environment.
