Overview
Influential is looking for an Associate to join our Creator Management team to assist with day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients across different verticals. This role will support our campaign management team in presale and during the execution of influencer campaigns in post sale, eventually leading their own initiatives for campaigns at smaller budgets. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail, loves project management, and all things social media.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include driving the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity, managing the workflow and completion of tasks within our project management platform, overseeing Influencer casting, negotiation, contracting and content management across different brand campaigns, and supporting the campaign management team in all aspects of planning and reporting across presale and post sale. The role also requires coordinating closely with Client Solutions on campaign needs to ensure scope, timelines, and protocols are being met, acting as liaison between talent and Influential to ensure deliverables and payments are organized and timely, communicating effectively with campaign management and other key stakeholders such as Account Management, Research & Analytics, and Operations to ensure client needs are being met, and becoming an expert in our proprietary tech platform, organizing talent and campaign information as necessary.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of experience with influencer marketing, experience managing and coordinating simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, superior written and verbal communication skills with even stronger attention to detail, comfortable working in a startup environment where details often change, knowledgeable and/or interested in all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms, and the ability to keep up with the latest trends and innovations within the world of social media.

Compensation Range: USD 50,000.00 - USD 60,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
