Role Description: Hands-on, expert-level skills in Office 365-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Microsoft OneDrive for Business. Responsible for providing technical support for the SharePoint environment including assessment and implementation of new capabilities and providing Information Technology with a long-term perspective on the relationship of SharePoint technology to the business opportunities facing the company. Provides remote support to Microsoft premier customers. Creation of MS Teams as per requirement. Performs troubleshooting on SharePoint Permissions, Moving and copying sites, Regular review, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites, setting up alerts and enforcing policies. Performs migration of large amount of data from local drive and network drive to OneDrive and SharePoint site using SharePoint Migration tool and hands on expertise on migration tasks. Configuration of One Drive client on PC, Mac and mobile devices which provides easily store, backup and share photos, documents, videos and more from anywhere. Worked with a business group to translate business requirements into solutions, solving potentially complex problem. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements to enhance the platform Qualifications. Conducting triages on different SharePoint and OneDrive topics. Experience administering Office 365 and SharePoint /OneDrive environment.
