About the Role The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) contributes to account sales, service, and support activities for Oncology products. The role focuses on ensuring patient adherence to the prescribed test cadence to improve patient outcomes, and identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems and processes. What You'll Do
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with customers and internal partners to enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within the assigned territory.
- Contribute to account sales, service, and support activities for Oncology products.
- Identify areas for improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive patient adherence and outcomes.
