About the Role
The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) contributes to account sales, service, and support activities for Oncology products. This role focuses on ensuring patients adhere to prescribed test cadences to improve outcomes, and identifies opportunities to improve clinical workflows, test fulfillment, and internal systems. The ACOS also cultivates and maintains key relationships with customers and internal partners to enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Work with assigned COS to grow and maintain relationships within existing customers.
- Contribute to account sales, service, and support activities of Oncology products.
- Ensure patient adherence to prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems and processes.
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships and work with customers and internal partners to enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.
