About the Role Uline is seeking an Associate Category Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI to support category strategy, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives for assigned product categories. This role helps drive growth, profitability, and optimal product selection for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Assist in category planning, assortment management, supplier negotiations, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive category performance and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, marketing, and operations to execute initiatives and drive results.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong analytical skills; ability to work cross-functionally; proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, CRM/BI tools preferred).
- Prior experience in category management, merchandising, or procurement is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
