With a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices, you will work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to our firm's success by assisting in complex legal matters, conducting research, and delivering high-quality legal solutions. What You'll Do
- Legal Advice: Assist senior lawyers in providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues related to capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions, including regulations, case law, and industry trends, to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
