Your responsibilities
As the Associate Backoffice Manager, you will ensure seamless customer order processing, logistics coordination, and communication between our central warehouse in Germany and global customers. Your role focuses on managing product availability, shipment flows, and SAP-based order tracking, while serving as a key contact for internal teams and customers. German language skills and strong SAP expertise are essential. You will travel to Ennepetal, Germany, once a month (2–3 days) to align with the team and drive operational excellence.
