Rawle & Henderson LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 7-10 years of experience in general insurance defense litigation to join our team. The role requires the ability to handle cases independently and as part of a team, and the position is located in our Philadelphia office. Pennsylvania bar admission is required.
Handle general insurance defense litigation matters from pleadings through trial, as appropriate. Manage cases independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues in civil defense litigation and trial practice. Communicate with clients, manage discovery, motions, and strategy in coordination with senior attorneys. Maintain professional obligations and comply with firm policies.
7-10 years of experience in general insurance defense litigation. Ability to handle cases independently and as part of a team. Philadelphia-area candidate; located in the Philadelphia office or able to commute; Pennsylvania bar admission required. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; excellent analytical abilities.
