Phoenix, AZ | Fully Remote

Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while building a strong litigation career. We are prioritizing candidates within approximately 75 miles of Phoenix who can attend in-person court appearances when necessary.

Note

Active Arizona Bar admission is required, along with a foundation in civil litigation. We welcome early-career attorneys with 1+ years of experience, as well as experienced litigators looking to expand their practice. Property insurance litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Handle property insurance disputes involving storm, fire, water, and other property damage claims.
• Manage civil litigation cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial preparation.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, legal briefs, and settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research, analyze insurance policies, and develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through important legal decisions.
• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys while taking increasing ownership of cases.
• Build your litigation skills in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred; promising early-career attorneys are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with legal research, pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and collaborate remotely.

• Experience in property insurance, insurance coverage, insurance defense, or bad faith litigation is a plus.
