About the Role Jones Day seeks bright attorneys to contribute to a globally integrated client service team. You will have opportunities to work on projects that challenge your legal mind and expose you to the world beyond your local office, representing corporate clients across the globe and in a wide range of practices. What You'll Do
- Handle securities, product liability, and IP matters in state and federal courts, and advise on cross-border deals that cross international borders.
- Collaborate with lawyers across Jones Day’s global offices to deliver integrated legal services and provide outstanding client service.
- Engage in diverse practice areas including M&A, cybersecurity/privacy, environmental, employment, and antitrust matters, as well as pro-bono initiatives.
- Participate in mentoring programs such as the New Lawyers Group, developing both as a mentor and a mentee.
- Uphold the firm’s high ethical standards and commitment to the rule of law. What We're Looking For
