About the Role Associate attorney for its Global Employment & Labor Law practice with 4 to 6 years of experience to reside in either our Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Palo Alto office. The position focuses on providing advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactions. The ideal candidate will have employment counseling experience, transactional experience, and a background in international employment law. What You'll Do
- Provide advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactions.
- Support employment counseling, transactional work, and international employment law matters in a global team environment.
- Contribute to cross-border and multi-disciplinary employment projects to support clients' global operations. What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Global Employment & Labor Law practice, with readiness to reside in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Palo Alto.
- Employment counseling experience and transactional experience; background in international employment law.
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
- Prior top-tier law firm experience in an employment practice.
- Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members.
- Admitted and in good standing of the Bar in the state of employment. Nice to Have
- Experience with cross-border employment projects and M&A/transactions in international contexts.
