Job Description

• Handle employment law and civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and other legal proceedings, with responsibilities tailored to your experience.
• Work directly with clients, providing clear communication and practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate closely with our team to achieve successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Bar membership in good standing (required).

• Ideally 1+ years of experience practicing law.

• Civil litigation or employment law experience preferred, not required.

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Confidence working with clients and a genuine interest in courtroom advocacy.

• A collaborative, ethical, and client-centered approach.
