About the Role Segal McCambridge is seeking California-licensed attorneys with 1–10 years of civil defense litigation experience to handle sophisticated matters for national and Fortune 500 clients across a broad range of practice areas. The firm offers flexible work arrangements, including fully remote opportunities for attorneys based anywhere in California—or even in another state, with active California bar membership required. This role provides meaningful responsibility from day one. What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Manage discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Court appearances
- Work directly with experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases What We're Looking For
- Licensed to practice in California
- 1–10 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to collaborate while taking ownership of your work Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $115,000–$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience
