Associate/Associate Director, Global Fixed Income, Product Delivery Manager, Global Banking & Markets
Purpose
Own and industrialize the end-to-end delivery of electronic fixed income (Rates & Credit) product initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across business, technology, operations, and external partners, while freeing the Product Manager to focus on strategy, product vision, and client value creation. Act as the single point of accountability for execution, driving delivery discipline, managing dependencies, and ensuring that complex, cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
What You'll Do

Own end-to-end delivery across eFI (Rates & Credit), translating Product Manager priorities into structured execution plans, sequencing, and timelines.

Establish and enforce a consistent delivery operating model (Agile/hybrid), including cadences, governance, and execution discipline.

Act as the central execution lead across Trading, Technology, Quants, and vendors to ensure aligned delivery.

Execution Control: Dependencies, Releases & Governance

Own the end-to-end dependency map and critical path, aligning Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Vendors.

Manage the release lifecycle and cadence, ensuring coordinated delivery of features, regulatory changes, and platform upgrades.

Enforce delivery governance and prioritization discipline (e.g. Jira), partnering with Product Manager, Quants, and leadership to balance scope, sequencing, and feasibility.
