- Lead aquatics staff and oversee daily operations of the aquatics programs at River Crossing YMCA.
- Teach swimming lessons as needed.
- Manage program operations, scheduling, safety compliance, and overall program quality. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Lifeguarding certification required.
- Lifeguard instructor certification.
- Listen First training within six months of start date.
- 1+ year pool management/swim lesson experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Weekend and evening availability. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 44,000 USD per year.
