In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for Corporate Banking platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Write clean, well-structured, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance of production systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including code reviews, unit testing, and process automation.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in software development, specifically in building enterprise-grade applications.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.

Experience with modern frontend technologies, including React or Angular, is highly advantageous.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative, agile team environment.
