About the Role EY’s Risk Management Services (RMS) team protects the organization from risks arising from its professional practice. This role supports testing and global Independence processes to safeguard EY’s independence, aligning with EY Global policies, and involves monitoring professionals’ financial relationships to report potential conflicts of interest with audit clients. What You'll Do
- Provide testing support to regions and execute global Independence processes in alignment with EY Global (EYG) policies.
- Safeguard EY's independence by performing testing procedures on EY professionals to ensure adherence to the firm's personal independence policies.
- Monitor professionals’ financial relationships to identify and report potential conflicts of interest with audit clients.
- Interpret GDS policies, perform compliance checks and audits, determine required actions, and provide recommendations based on firm guidance. What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform testing and compliance checks in line with EY Global policies.
- Experience or ability to monitor professionals’ financial relationships and identify conflicts of interest for audit clients.
- Strong interpretive and analytical skills to apply GDS policies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effective collaboration with regions and global teams within a risk management context.
