What You'll Do
- Provide HR service delivery for employee lifecycle transactions and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and validate employee records and HR data in HRIS systems and related databases.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and local stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced HR operations environment.
- Relevant experience in HR service delivery, HR operations, or shared services is a plus.
