- マネージャーおよびリーダーシップチームと連携し、日本におけるSMB組織の将来を構築
- オペレーション、マーケティング、カスタマーサポートなど、社内各部門と協業し課題を解決
- 月次／四半期の売上目標の達成、またはそれ以上の成果創出
求める経験・スキル
- 高成長企業における営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験3年以上（ソリューションセールスの経験必須）
- データ分析やパフォーマンス指標に基づいた意思決定力
- エネルギッシュで、地域社会をより良くしたいという意欲を持つ方
- 日本語流暢英語は読み書きに抵抗がなく、今後スキル向上に意欲的な方歓迎
歓迎要件
- 日本の飲食業界での経験、または幅広いネットワークをお持ちの方
- SaaS、インターネット広告、マーケットプレイスビジネスへの理解
- クロスファンクショナル（XFN）なステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験
