About the Role An experienced Associate (3-5 PQE) with a proven track record in M&A to join our Corporate team in Birmingham. The role sits within a global law firm that offers clear progression opportunities and a collaborative environment where your contribution is valued. You will work on a range of high-profile, cross-border corporate matters as part of a fast-growing Midlands practice. What You'll Do
- Work on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions under the guidance of senior partners in our Birmingham Corporate team.
- Collaborate with nationally and internationally respected partners and support client relationships for UK and international clients, including Fortune 500/FTSE 250 firms, financial institutions, private companies and entrepreneurs.
- Develop leadership and involvement with the business and its clients, with potential for individual advancement within the team. What We're Looking For
- An experienced Associate with a solid M&A background; 3-5 PQE; private equity experience is a plus.
- A track record of delivering high-quality corporate work and ability to operate in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
- Interest in joining a fast-growing Corporate practice in the Midlands and willingness to take on responsibility and contribute to business development. Nice to Have
