About the Role Join our market-leading Intellectual Property & Technology team in Birmingham as an Associate (0-5 years' PQE). You will support a broad range of commercial and IP/tech matters for major clients across sectors, working in a collaborative cross-office environment. What You'll Do
- Advise clients on digital transformation and information technology contracts.
- Advise on the application of technology to the products and services of our clients — such as connected vehicles, online trading platforms and new 'as a service' models.
- Work on artificial intelligence initiatives.
- Handle strategic commercial contracts (including supply chain) and outsourcing.
- IP protection and exploitation.
- Support the Corporate team in respect of M&A transactions.
- Collaborate across UK and international offices to deliver integrated solutions. What We're Looking For
