About the Role Associate (0-5 years' PQE) to join our market leading Intellectual Property and Technology (IP&T) team at our new Birmingham office. This role offers exposure to a broad IP&T practice with cross-office collaboration across the UK and internationally. What You'll Do
- Advise on digital transformation and information technology contracts.
- Work on the application of technology to clients' products and services, including connected vehicles, online trading platforms and new as a service models.
- Be involved in artificial intelligence initiatives.
- Draft and negotiate strategic commercial contracts (including supply chain) and outsourcing arrangements.
- Assist with IP protection and exploitation.
- Support the Corporate team in respect of M&A transactions.
- Collaborate across UK and international offices to deliver cross-border solutions. What We're Looking For
- Associate with 0-5 years' PQE.
- Interest in intellectual property and technology with ability to apply to a broad range of sectors.
- Strong team player with ability to work across offices and jurisdictions.
- Strong communication and client-service skills.
