We are seeking an Associate (0-5 years' PQE) to join our market-leading Intellectual Property and Technology (IP&T) team in our Birmingham office. You will work within a dynamic, collaborative practice with cross-office opportunities across the UK and internationally. What You'll Do

Advise on digital transformation and information technology contracts

Apply technology to clients' products and services (e.g., connected vehicles, online trading platforms, and new "as a service" models)

Advise on artificial intelligence matters

Handle strategic commercial contracts including supply chain and outsourcing

Provide IP protection and exploitation guidance

Support the Corporate team on M&A transactions

Collaborate across UK and international offices What We're Looking For

0-5 years' PQE (Associate) in a relevant field

Interest or experience in Intellectual Property and Technology matters

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment and across multiple offices

Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness, and communication
