About the Role The Associate Manager, Leadership & Learning Development will design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership and learning experiences across the organization, translating business priorities into scalable programs and tools. This role partners with Talent, Inclusion, and Organizational Development to advance leadership effectiveness and organizational growth. What You'll Do
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs, learning pathways, and development resources for people leaders, high-potential talent, and cross-functional leaders.
- Translate enterprise talent and transformation priorities into scalable learning programs, leadership journeys, and development tools.
- Collaborate with OD, Talent, and Inclusion to integrate learning into performance, succession, and onboarding.
- Design blended learning solutions spanning digital, live, cohort-based, and experiential formats; facilitate enterprise learning experiences for global audiences.
- Drive AI literacy and future-skills enablement; design experiences that increase AI fluency and adoption, and partner with external vendors and internal tech leads to support responsible use of AI in learning.
- Apply organizational development principles to support leadership effectiveness, team development, and organizational capability building.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to address development needs arising from transformations, workforce planning, or structural shifts.
- Measure adoption, sentiment, and behavior change across learning programs; adapt offerings based on insights. What We're Looking For
- Strategic, systems-minded learning professional with deep L&D expertise and strong program design skills.
- Ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning solutions and collaborate across Talent, Inclusion, and OD.
- Experience designing scalable leadership programs and journeys; strong facilitation and global delivery skills.
- Familiarity with OD concepts and capability-building in transformations, workforce planning, or structural shifts.
- Comfort with data-driven measurement and continuous improvement. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 116,000 – 145,000 yearly.
