What will you be doing here?
Neste posição, o(a) profissional atuará no suporte operacional e administrativo da área de negócios de varejo do grupo com foco nas operações de lojas multimarcas, farmácias e canais de distribuição. Auxiliará na execução das rotinas comerciais, no atendimento básico e acompanhamento dos varejistas e parceiros externos, além de prestar apoio na comunicação com áreas internas como marketing, finanças, logística e treinamento.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Suporte operacional ao canal de varejo: apoio na rotina de entrada, conferência e acompanhamento de pedidos de vendas até o faturamento.
- Controle de ordens de compra e estoques: auxílio no acompanhamento do status de entregas, verificação de propostas de reposição e suporte para evitar rupturas nas lojas.
- Atendimento e suporte ao cliente: atuação no atendimento inicial e operacional aos clientes varejistas e parceiros.
- Apoio ao time de campo: acompanhamento das rotinas dos promotores, envio de materiais e apoio na checagem de execução de planogramas e sinalizações em loja.
- Apoio administrativo: organização e atualização de relatórios comerciais, consolidação de dados básicos de vendas e montagem de apresentações
- Controle financeiro básico: apoio na solicitação, controle e acompanhamento de comprovantes e pagamentos da área.
