REQUISITOS:
- Técnico em Química com CRQ ativo;
- Desejável experiência em linha de pintura;
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Acompanhar a preparação de tintas, analisando homogeneização, controlando e ajustando a qualidade;
- Monitorar o processo produtivo nas montadoras, controlando tonalidades, realizando ajustes e aditivação conforme necessário;
- Coordenar as atividades do turno, distribuindo trabalhos e fornecendo suporte à equipe para atender às demandas do cliente;
- Realizar atividades em sistema (Axalta), acompanhando especificações e analisando padrões de tinta;
- Prestar suporte aos operadores de produção, orientando sobre o uso correto dos materiais;
- Manter-se atualizado sobre procedimentos operacionais e de segurança, garantindo cumprimento dos padrões;
- Solicitar análise de produtos com desvios, acompanhar resultados e orientar ações corretivas junto aos clientes.
