Responsável pelo suporte a gestores através dos canais de atendimento (Chat, URA, Fale Conosco e E-mail)
Atividades
- Realizar atendimento ao cliente, auxiliando na utilização da ferramenta de gestão (Good Manager, Ifl ex) e esclarecimento de dúvidas operacionais.
Treinamento de novos clientes;
Análise, tratativa e direcionamento de demandas operacionais, visando a satisfação e cum‐primento de SLA’s.
Pré-requisitos indispensáveis
- Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Superior em andamento);
Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;
Boa comunicação;
Pró atividade;
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.
