Descrição da vaga

O (A) Assistente de Vendas será responsável por prestar suporte às atividades comerciais e operacionais da área de eventos e grupos, realizando atendimento aos clientes, elaboração de propostas comerciais, acompanhamento de negociações e pós-venda. Apoiará na organização de eventos, coordenando informações com fornecedores e áreas internas, garantindo a execução dos serviços conforme as necessidades do cliente. Também auxiliará os gerentes de vendas e a coordenação de eventos no controle dos processos, elaboração de relatórios e demais atividades administrativas, contribuindo para a satisfação dos clientes e o alcance dos resultados do departamento.
