About the Role At the heart of our Annecy center and under the supervision of the Center Manager, we are hiring an Assistant(e) Commercial(e) for light vehicles. Your role is to welcome and assist customers, identify their needs, advise on the most suitable maintenance services for light vehicles, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in line with safety procedures. What You'll Do
- Welcome, inform and advise customers in-center or by phone
- Identify customers' needs and propose the most suitable routine maintenance services for their vehicles
- Promote Euromaster products and services and provide consultative guidance
- Establish quotes, plan interventions and follow up on appointments
- Manage administrative tasks related to the center (reception, client files, invoicing, payments)
