About the Role The Department of Pediatrics at UICOMP seeks Fetal & Pediatric Echocardiology candidates for a pediatric cardiology faculty position. This role supports clinical care, education, and research in pediatric and fetal cardiology across inpatient, outpatient, and satellite clinics. What You'll Do
- Patient care duties including inpatient, outpatient and echocardiography
- Satellite clinics in the region
- On-call duties for pediatric & congenital cardiology
- Teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows
- Academic efforts including original research and quality improvement
- Imaging QI for Echo
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned What We're Looking For
- MD/DO or foreign equivalent
- Eligible for licensure in Illinois
- BC/BE in Pediatric Cardiology
- 3 years pediatric residency / 3 years pediatric cardiology fellowship or equivalent
- Significant experience or formal training in Pediatric & Fetal Echocardiography
- Pediatric and congenital transesophageal echocardiography Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: $230,000 - $313,933 per year
