About the Role The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in human genetics or genomics. The role combines education and research: lead integration of human genetics content into the BSOM Wright Curriculum and develop an extramurally funded research program in molecular and human genetics. The successful candidate will serve as a key educator and curricular leader, coordinating genetics instruction across foundational and clinical phases, and collaborating with departments and clinical partners. Opportunities exist for collaboration within the BSOM research community and Premier Health/WSU network. The faculty member will contribute to innovative medical education through instructional materials, assessments, and scholarly approaches to curriculum implementation.
