About the Role The Wright State University School of Nursing is seeking a tenure-eligible faculty member to teach within the Doctor of Nursing Practice–Nurse Anesthesia (DNP-NA) program and provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the program. The Program Director will oversee quality, integrity, assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement of the DNP-NA program, including curriculum oversight, faculty collaboration, student success, clinical partnerships, and compliance with university policies and accreditation standards. As a tenure-eligible faculty member, the position entails teaching, scholarship, and service in line with university expectations. What You'll Do
- Teach within the DNP-NA program and contribute to program development and delivery.
- Provide administrative and strategic leadership for the DNP-NA program.
- Oversee program quality, integrity, assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage curriculum oversight, faculty collaboration, student success initiatives, and clinical partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and applicable accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Engage in teaching, scholarship, and service consistent with tenure-eligible expectations. What We're Looking For
- Earned doctorate in Nursing or a closely related field.
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Current unrestricted RN license and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in academic, clinical, and programmatic domains and to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and clinical partners. Compensation & Benefits
