About the Role Denver Seminary invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Counseling Division. This role focuses on teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity in a CACREP-accredited program that integrates faith with evidence-based counseling practice, preparing graduates for clinical excellence and ministry. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-impact teaching (18 credit hours per academic year) in graduate-level counseling courses.
- Mentor students academically, professionally, and spiritually.
- Contribute to scholarly activity through research, writing, and conference presentations.
- Integrate Christian faith with counseling practice to prepare students for real-world impact.
- Engage in seminary service through committee work, accreditation support, and faculty collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned by the Academic Dean. What We're Looking For
- Commitment to teaching, scholarship, and mentoring students within a Christ-centered learning environment.
- Experience teaching graduate-level counseling courses and supervising student work.
- Demonstrated scholarly activity (research, writing, conference presentations).
- Ability to integrate faith and counseling practice in instruction and mentoring.
- Willingness to participate in committees, accreditation processes, and program development (CACREP standards familiarity is a plus). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000–$95,000 per year.
