Job title: Assistant/Associate Professor of Counseling (Full Time, Non-Tenure Track)
About the Role Join Denver Seminary as a full-time, non-tenure track faculty member in the Counseling Division. This position focuses on educating and mentoring future Christian counselors within a CACREP-accredited program that integrates faith and evidence-based practice, serving individuals, families, and communities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-impact teaching (approximately 24 credit hours per academic year) in graduate-level counseling courses
- Mentor students academically, professionally, and spiritually
- Integrate faith and counseling practice to prepare students for real-world impact
- Contribute to Seminary governance and accreditation support through committee work and collaboration with faculty
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Academic Dean

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 – $95,000 USD per year
