About the Role Mississippi College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor or Associate Professor of Political Science to start in Fall 2026. The role includes teaching four courses per semester (three if department chair), holding office hours for student advising and mentoring, and contributing to curriculum and program development. The candidate will participate in departmental and university governance, engage in scholarly activities, and play a key role in graduate program development.

What We're Looking For
- PhD in Political Science strongly preferred
- D.P.A with qualifications to teach courses in American government will be considered
- Primary field must be United States Government
- Additional experience in Public Administration or Public Policy is desired
