We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Workshop Manager

Locations: Oban - Cross River and Odogbolu - Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Oil Palm Production & Processing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Workshop Manager with the day-to-day management of the workshop.
• Coordinate and allocate daily work to mechanics, technicians and workshop assistants.
• Perform repairs, services and preventative maintenance on vehicles as well as monitor progress.
• Ensure workshop jobs are completed within agreed time frames.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in workshop operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance planning and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

• N400,000 - N600,000 / Month.
