About the Role Thiel College seeks an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach to assist with the organization and supervision of the women’s soccer program and to help develop student-athletes both on and off the field. The selected candidate will serve as a primary day-to-day support role for the program and contribute to coaching, recruitment, and program operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Head Coach with organization and supervision of the women’s soccer program.
• Coach and teach instructional skills, tactical concepts, and player development.
• Recruit quality student-athletes with a commitment to academic and athletic success.
• Mentor and support student-athletes throughout the academic year.
• Assist with scouting and match preparation.
• Assist with planning and implementation of training sessions.
• Assist with fundraising activities, camps, clinics, and community engagement opportunities.
• Assist with social media content creation and program branding initiatives.
• Assist with travel coordination, equipment management, and operational duties.
• Serve as a gameday administrator as assigned.
• Follow all NCAA Division III, Presidents’ Athletic Conference, and Thiel College rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and positive representation of Thiel College.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Director of Soccer / Head Coach.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Collegiate coaching and/or recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and relationship-building skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
