About the Role Thiel College seeks an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coaching Intern. This position will report to the Head Lacrosse Coach and the Director of Athletics. The selected candidate will assist in all aspects of the college's intercollegiate lacrosse program while holistically developing student-athletes to be leaders. What You'll Do
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of practice and game preparation.
- Mentor student-athletes and monitor their academic progress.
- Evaluate student-athletes both academically and athletically.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, the Presidents’ Athletic Conference, and Thiel College policies.
- Recruit, retain, and support the graduation of quality student-athletes for Thiel College and the athletic program.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of pre- and post-workout programs.
- Support fundraising initiatives and activities.
- Assist with planning and implementation of community service projects and events.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Director of Athletics. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Nice to Have

- This is a 10-month position with a $10,000 stipend.
