Job Description Summary
The Nazareth University Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach (Part-Time) supports the Head Coach in leading our NCAA Division III program. The Assistant Coach will have a passion for the sport and a commitment to fostering the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.
Essential Functions
- Recruitment & Retention: Identify and recruit talented student-athletes who embody the university’s values and have the potential to succeed academically and athletically.
- Coaching & Development: Assist in planning and conducting team practices, providing individual and group instruction, and developing game strategies.
- Game-Day Preparation: Support all aspects of game-day operations, including scouting opponents, preparing game plans, and managing equipment and logistics.
