Job Position: Assistant Utility Manager
Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily shift operation of Utility-related Equipment.
- Respond to Utility-related emergencies promptly, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in Chillers (YORK & Thermax VAM) and its controls.
- Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in Air Compressor & Air Dryer.
- Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in Water Treatment Plant & its Chemicals.
- Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in AHU, FAU & STP.
- Daily reports & Equipment Operational data.
- To devise appropriate PM schedules for all critical equipment as per OEM recommendations to ensure proper implementation.
- Ensure discipline, skill enhancement and motivation of subordinates.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Section Head – Utility from time to time
- ETP/STP/WTP.
