About the Role This role supports SIG's supply chain operations in Gurgaon on a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end order processing, reporting and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and compliant documentation. What You'll Do
- Handle end-to-end customer service and complete order processing, including reporting and dashboard updates.
- Verify terms and conditions against agreed customer terms and adjust order size to fit logistics vs production requirements.
- Check L/C conditions and other payment terms; place POs in SAP and follow up with production for confirmed orders and EXW dates.
- Prioritize orders during emergencies or bottlenecks in production.
- Support local Key Account Manager in new business initiation and implementation with supply chain input to win business with smooth process implementation.
- Prepare shipments, LC and commercial documents; monitor design making process to ensure EXW alignment.
- Convey customer quality claims to the quality department.
- Analyze customer forecast/planning files and provide feedback on order trends and market activities.
- Prepare and analyze rolling shipment plan per rolling production plan.
- Prepare and send intercompany cylinder invoices, depreciation and stock scrapping details (number of cylinders engraved, reason, costs per cylinder).
- Prepare and send cylinder ageing reports to KAM/customers for feedback on scrapping/new orders/modifications; track scrapped cylinders and coordinate outcomes with preprint and SCM teams; maintain tracker.
- Follow up freight invoices from forwarders and verify pricing per agreed rates.
- Prepare detailed monthly manifest/invoice reports. What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain operations, order processing, and customer service.
- Proficiency with SAP (PO placement) and knowledge of EXW terms, L/C and other payment terms.
- Strong coordination skills with production sites, logistics teams, and key account managers; ability to prioritize and manage bottlenecks.
- Ability to prepare and manage shipping/LC documents and commercial documentation.
- Experience with forecasting analysis, rolling production plans, and shipment planning.
- Familiarity with invoicing, intercompany charges, depreciation, stock scrapping, cylinder ageing and tracking.
- Analytical mindset with ability to prepare monthly reports and manifests.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
