About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager at the LEGO Store in Frankfurt MTZ, you will be a key driver of daily store operations, leading a team to deliver a magical customer experience and taking responsibility for staffing, budgeting and sales performance.
What You'll Do

Lead daily store operations and budgets, ensuring targets are met and customers are delighted

Manage personnel planning, recruitment and development to build a motivated, high-performing team

Set team goals and implement concrete actions to achieve them in collaboration with sales staff

Drive sales, optimize revenue and maintain stock according to store needs

Ensure best-in-class customer service, store standards and operational compliance

Support inventory optimization and stock control to maximize availability and reduce shrink

Be a hands-on leader and role model for staff, coaching and developing the team

Experienced and ambitious retail professional with impressive sales results, ideally in a renowned retail company

Budget, revenue and leadership responsibilities are part of your track record

Know-how in inventory optimization and good English language skills
